A. Your rent is due on the first of the month. We do not send out statements, however we provide a payment card. If you pay after the due date you must also pay a $1.00 per day late fee. If you have not paid your unit's rent by the 5th of the month, a second lock will be put on your unit's door until the rent and associated late fees have been paid (Just like every other storage facility).

A. When you sign up, we will give you a gate code that will open our gate. With your gate code you can come & go 24 hours per day. Once inside, we have sensors in the cement that will automatically open the gate when you approach it. Those sensors will also prevent the gate from closing on your vehicle if you are a little slow going through.
NOTE: Please note that with your gate code you have 24 hour access to the facility, but our security lights are programmed to go off at 10 pm.
